A new Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame called “Mud Music” featuring a cameo from Tity Boi and production from the always dope Southside recently dropped.  This track appeared on Flocka’s recent Dub Flocka Rant mixtape that he did with Trap-A-Holics presented by Brick Squad Mafia (BSM). Anyways, although there are some DJ drops, there is speculation that this track is selected to appear on their Ferrari Boyz album (as the second single behind the title track “Ferrari Boyz“) which was scheduled to drop on June 21st.  There is still some speculation that the album is going to get pushed back because of the ALLEGED incident in which Gucci Mane was arrested for pushing a woman out of a moving car.

Anyways, if you don’t have that new Flocka tape, be sure to check up on that because it’s absolute flame from start to finish with nothing but fire.  There are a few features of Gucci on there as well as well as Wooh Da Kid, Frenchie, Blair Maxberry, and Cartier Kitten among others.  This tape should be able to tide over all the fans in the meantime while they wait for the collaboration album to drop.  Both artists are ready to go and all of the tracks have been laid down and as of now it’s looking to be an instant classic.

You can listen to the track “Mud Music” below and see what you think.  In case you didn’t already know, the feature from Tity Boi is another artist from Atlanta (he was originally known for being affiliated with Ludacris’ DTP label).  Anyways, this song makes it clear that they “just slow sip” and roll with “four ounces in a one liter” and that they are “pourin up” in those “Styrofoam cup.”  Gucci Mane’s verse is one of the hardest that people have heard since the track “Recently” so you better be ready for this heatrock.

Gucci Mane – Mud Music (feat. Waka Flocka Flame & Tity Boi) (Listen)

“This that mud music, this that mud drank, Styrofoam cup, tripled up.” – Waka Flocka (on the chorus).  Tity Boi even steps his game up to the max for that final verse on the cameo.  All around this track is an epic collaboration and an ode to slow sippin in those Styrofoam cups.  They tell you how they roll when it comes to sippin and let you know that they make music to fit the lifestyle that their living.  If you’re a fan, you’ll know instantly that this track is bananas!

Gucci Mane (Radric Davis) and 50 Cent (Curtis Jackson) link up for a classic 2011 hip hop track called “Recently” and you better believe that it’s fire. The track is so good that there probably should be a video that drops for it, but both are really busy people so it’s doubtful as of now. With that said, both of these artists respect the grind of each other and their ability to break forward with new trends in the music industry. Some were surprised that these two never have had any beef and that 50 Cent worked with Gucci for this one, but he recognizes the fact that Gucci Mane is arguably the most popular talent in the industry right now.

This was not only a good way to get some of 50 Cent’s fans to listen to more Gucci, but it got some Gucci supporters to listen to 50 to see if he could bring that heat for the streets. There’s no arguing who had the hotter verse because it’s all personal preference. The chorus is hot from start to finish, the verses are hot from start to end, and there was some awesome production. The video below allows you to listen to the track through 50 Cent’s official YouTube channel.

Gucci Mane & 50 Cent – Recently (Official Listen)

The chorus goes: “I just bought a drop just recently, I killed the parking lot just recently, I just bought a whip just recently, I made another flip just recently, I just bust a check just recently, I bust a bad bitch just recently, I’m screamin out who want a piece of me, I just got a deal just recently.” The best part about this track was not only that it was an unexpected collaboration between two heavyweights in the game, but it dropped unexpectedly as well; nobody except these artists knew when it was coming.

There were a couple of questions about this track that were asked including: Why did this track come out? Is it going to be on one of their future albums or anything? As of now, the people will have to wait and see, but the probability of it appearing on an album is doubtful. 50 Cent released the track to show what he had in the stash for his fans lying around to promote his SMS Audio Headphones. Now apparently his headphone line got discontinued or shelved due to changes in the market. Anyways, check out the track above and see what you think!
