ATL Uncut gets an exclusive interview with Gucci Mane and they talk about his jewelry. He talks about how he’s going to wear 30 chains at the Velvet Room and being the King of Diamonds. It was pretty hilarious that he kept saying “King of what? King of what? King of what?” and they responded “Diamonds! Diamonds! Diamonds!!!” Although this isn’t a video, it is a good interview that you should listen to. Gucci lets the people know what to expect in 2010 and lets them know that he’s going to be ballin out. Gucci also tells the people that they should bring the boose and he’ll bring the jewelry, which got a nice chuckle out of the radio host.

He showed up to the Velvet Room on Sunday just like he said he would and he was stuntin with all of his chains. You best believe that it was in fact a “Photo Shoot” just like he says in the song when he came through. The whole city of Atlanta ended up heading out to the Velvet Room that Sunday night and it was one hell of a good time.

Gucci Mane Interview Talking Velvet Room & Kings of Diamonds Mixtape (Listen)

Were you at the Velvet Room that Sunday? If you were you know what went down and how much fun it was, everybody was showin out. Once again, be sure to listen to the interview and see what Gucci has to say. He cracks a couple of hilarious jokes and is laughing for some of it. Even though it’s just a short little interview to let the city know when he was planning on stopping by the Velvet Room, it’s worth hearing if you haven’t already had a chance to listen. They keep it brief, but it’s purpose was to pretty much be a public service announcement (PSA).

You can be on the fact that the 1017 Brick Squad chain is going to be there, along with his Iced Out Bart Chain, as well as the Odie chain (representative of an iced out version of the character from the show Garfield if you didn’t know). He’s got so many chains (see: “Gucci Mane chains” for more information) and the thing is that they’re all 100% real diamonds and not fake like a lot of other rappers that you might see these days. Real chains are expensive, require real money to buy, and are actually pretty heavy (they might strain your neck if you don’t have the neck strength like Gucci does).

P Noble TV got some footage of Gucci Mane stoppin by the club out in Memphis to do some partying and is almost chain snatched. Although it’s somewhat tough to see, at one point in the video you can see a guy in the crowd try to reach in and snatch Gucci Mane’s trademark Ice Cream chain off of his neck. If you look at the big buy behind him (potential bodyguard) kicks some major ass by throwing some big punches. The guy that tries to take his chain looks like he got straight stopped out; pretty dumb move on his part for even making the attempt. He knew that he wasn’t going to get snatch the Ice Cream chain.

Plus do you really need 5 seconds of fame for wearing his chain? Anyways, huge shouts out to P. Noble for coming through with the official footage and showing how the people get down in Memphis with Gucci Mane. He was making his way to the front of the club and if you watch the full clip, you will see that the people at the club were really ampd that Gucci came through; that’s how you know your club is poppin off. At the beginning of the clip P. Noble catches DJ Holiday a.k.a. Holiday Season and let’s the people know what it is: 1017 Brick Squad all day.

Gucci Mane at Level II Club in Memphis

For the most part, Gucci gets mad respect from all the fans and supporters, but every once and awhile someone will try to pull something dumb and get beat up for it. If you were iced out like Gucci would you want people trying to touch your chains? Hell no. You’ve got to keep it 100%, hustle, grind, be real, and go get your own money and own chain. Like was said at Gucci Manes House in the Raw Report interview, people trying to copy his lifestyle and copy his style.

You already know that Ice Cream chain is So Icey, straight chilly, BURR!  If you want more information about his ice, look at the Gucci Mane chains page. The club was packed as it should be when you got celebrities like Gucci coming through. His popularity keeps growing so some people forget that he’s one of the most street artists in the game. He came from the hood, he makes music for the hood, and he’s able to do all that while pushing through for mainstream appeal. Watch closely when the text “keep yo hands to yoself ladies or this will happen to you” flashes across the video screen.
