Gucci’s Tweet about Writing on the Wall 2 Mixtape Coming Soon!

The preview track from that promo video clearly indicates that it’s going to be a banger. With that said, if “Writing on the Wall Part 2″ is anything like Part 1, the fans are going to be in for a treat (like an ice cream cone) BURRR! In the meantime, you know that OJ Da Juice is holing it down with his Cook Muzik mixtape (which you need to peep if you haven’t yet and the grinding 24-8-no days off Waka Flocka Flame has that DuFlocka Rant Vol. 1 mixtape blazin up the streets, internet, message boards, all that right now; it’s a takeover and it’s been a takeover.
Anyways, the fact that there is going to be a follow up to the original Writing On The Wall mixtape has a ton of people amped. We will be sure to document the latest in the Gucci Mane mixtapes section of the site when it drops as well as make an individual post to let all of the fans know what’s good! In the meantime, be sure to follow him on twitter and stay updated with his latest tweets. It will be interesting to find out how many 1017 Brick Squad members are on the tape or whether there are any other features. Remember, the first WOTW had tracks like “She Got A Friend” with Juelz Santana and even included his single “Wasted” with Plies.
Then there was material like “First Day Out” which really represented how he felt to finally get released from the Fulton County jail. There were also tracks like “Hurry,” “Going In,” “Gucci Montana,” and more. Everybody is looking forward to this project and hearing some new age Gucci classics. So get ready, Mr. Zone 6 is going to be going H.A.M. on this tape as always.
Gucci Mane Goes To Mental Hospital From Jail (Video)
As you already may have known, Gucci Mane was arrested for pushing a woman out of a moving car. His lawyer got him off on jail time because they made a plea in the courtroom for “mental incompetence” (or something like that). The quote was that Gucci Mane was “in no state to intelligently engage in probation revocation hearing.” According to the official document, the judge ordered Gucci Mane into custody and immediately committed the rapper into a mental health treatment facility pending an evaluation of his mental condition. There were a lot of different rumors as to what was going down with Gucci at that time, so believe what you want to, but get your facts straight.
Hopefully everything gets straightened out with Big Gucci and he’s able to get back to making hot music. If you don’t personally know Gucci or hang with him, then you’re not in any position to comment or speculate about his situation. Take the time to review the facts and let the man handle his own business. You know that he’s probably going to be working hard and coming up with some new ideas and concepts for new music when he has time. As of now though there’s a lot of drama in the news surrounding him.
The clip below is pretty short and was recorded by a third party, but he simply restates the facts that you already probably knew. There were no official news videos available to post so this one will have to work for now. Check it out and get yourself up to date with the latest. As you already should know, there were a lot of blogs and rumors going around asking “Is Gucci Mane crazy” simply because he had to go to a psychiatric hospital.
Gucci Mane Goes To Mental Hospital From Jail on a Plea
Apparently, he went through the same Fulton County Court system with Judge John Goger back in January 2011. Radric Davis’ attorney, Michael Holmes filed the plea of “mental incompetency” because Gucci has battled drug problems in the past. As was reported by media websites, he was sent to Anchor Hospital, a psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment facility with 111 beds available which is located near the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
Upon review of records, it has been noted that: Gucci has been to the Fulton County Jail on at least 5 occasions since 2005 on various charges including: drug, aggravated assault, and with deadly weapons charges. It was also noted that about 30 days earlier, Radric Davis was briefly jailed after an off-duty police officer reported seeing a white Hummer being driven recklessly on Northside Drive. Dispatched officers saw the Hummer outside an auto body shop where Gucci was arguing with another individual. Allegedly, officers had to use pepper spray to subdue Davis. Charges were dropped for “want of prosecution.”
Hopefully Gucci will get back on track, get out of jail, and stay out of trouble in the future.
